Mossyrock (The Band)

With the beginning of Mossyrock, Intergalactic Faerie Funk sporadically played music festivals and released some compilation tracks with the final release from this era being The Amish Funk EP. I was tinkering with Mossyrock music, working an a new EP and getting myself booked at more indy type venues with eclectic bands, which was pretty easy to do in Brooklyn at the time. It felt like a side project involving the acoustic guitar stuff from The Zero To One Sessions but at some point after releasing an EP (and some tour only CD's) it definitely became the main focus while the I.F.F. drifted off into fuzzy oblivion. Well, at least everywhere but Discogs where I later learned used IFF records were selling for top dollar. In the meantime, Mossyrock got themselves out on the US touring circuit and eventually over into the UK and Europe. Fun times...

We did some crazy touring during this time that as frustrating as some of it was (band members who wouldn't practise or learn songs) I can't help but look back on it fondly. I guess times has a way of doing that. Here is a link to the crazy tour dates + shows as well as 2 videos we made!
